Anytime I encounter people who are chronically late, they get an earlier time frame than the actual meet up (i.e. tell them 5pm, when you want them there at 6pm). They will arrive a lot closer to the time you wanted, they’ll apologize for being late.. “oh that’s fine, got here a little late too.”
